Visa công tác là loại thị thực nhập cảnh dành cho những người mong muốn đến một quốc gia khác vì mục đích kinh doanh, giao dịch, đầu tư hoặc tham gia hội nghị. - Chuyên gia, kỹ sư: Những người đi làm việc ngắn hạn, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hoặc triển khai dự án ở nước ngoài.
- Diễn giả, người tham gia hội thảo: Những người được mời tham gia sự kiện, hội thảo chuyên ngành.
- Đại diện tổ chức phi chính phủ, tổ chức quốc tế: Những cá nhân tham gia các dự án hợp tác, nghiên cứu hoặc chương trình hỗ trợ quốc tế.
Để xin visa công tác, bạn cần chuẩn bị đầy đủ hồ sơ và phải phù hợp với một số yêu cầu của quốc gia bạn muốn đến. Thủ tục xin visa công tác có thể khác nhau tùy theo từng nước, nhưng một số giấy tờ cơ bản thường bao gồm:
Hộ chiếu là tấm vé thông hành không thể thiếu khi xuất cảnh. Bạn cần đảm bảo hộ chiếu của mình còn hạn ít nhất 6 tháng kể từ ngày dự kiến nhập cảnh và còn tối thiểu 2 trang trống để dán visa. Nếu hộ chiếu của bạn đã cũ hoặc sắp hết hạn, hãy làm mới sớm để tránh ảnh hưởng đến kế hoạch công tác.
Đây là giấy tờ giúp xác minh danh tính của người xin visa. Chỉ cần một bản sao rõ ràng, đầy đủ thông tin là bạn đã có thể đáp ứng yêu cầu của cơ quan xét duyệt.
Sổ hộ khẩu giúp xác định nơi cư trú của bạn tại Việt Nam. Hãy chuẩn bị bản sao toàn bộ sổ để nộp kèm hồ sơ, đảm bảo không thiếu bất kỳ trang nào.
Nếu bạn đi công tác theo lời mời từ đối tác Trung Quốc, cần có giấy phép kinh doanh của công ty bên đó (bản sao) và thư mời chính thức. Phía đối tác sẽ ký tên, đóng dấu và gửi bản scan thư mời cho bạn. Đây là minh chứng quan trọng cho thấy bạn sang Trung Quốc với mục đích thương mại chính đáng.
Ngoài thư mời từ Trung Quốc, bạn cũng cần có thư cử đi công tác từ công ty tại Việt Nam. Nội dung thư sẽ nêu rõ ai được cử đi, mục đích chuyến công tác và thời gian lưu trú dự kiến. 3. Thời gian xử lý
Thời gian xử lý visa thương mại thường dao động từ 4 đến 5 ngày làm việc, tuỳ thuộc vào từng quốc gia và loại visa.
4. Quy trình làm việc
- Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, sau đó gửi ảnh cho tôi xác nhận. Nếu không có vấn đề gì, gửi hồ sơ cho chúng tôi để nộp.
- Chúng tôi sẽ tiến hành nộp hồ sơ, 4-6 ngày làm việc sẽ có visa. (Lưu ý: Nếu làm visa nhập cảnh nhiều lần, cần đến trung tâm thị thực để lấy dấu vân tay.)
- Sau khi có visa, chúng tôi sẽ gửi lại cho bạn.
5. Những lưu ý khi làm visa công tác
- Kiểm tra hộ chiếu và các giấy tờ trước khi nộp
- Cung cấp thông tin chính xác, tránh gian lận
- Xin visa trước chuyến đi ít nhất 1 tháng
- Theo dõi trạng thái hồ sơ trên website đại sứ quán
