Work directly with your consultant, without an interpreter. Helpful when your board or parent company works in Chinese.
Our own office in Shenzhen
We arrange the apostille in Hong Kong and mainland China, so your documents reach Hanoi ready to file.
Current with the 2025 Investment Law
Under the new law you can register the company before the investment certificate. We already work this way, as the licences above show.

Feasibility check
We review your business activities, capital and preferred location, and confirm whether any sector conditions apply.

Apostille certification
Vietnam joined the Apostille Convention on 11 September 2026, so documents from member countries such as China, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States and most of Europe now need only an apostille instead of consular legalisation. The apostille takes about 7 working days; translation and notarisation in Vietnam follow after the originals arrive.
- 35–45 days
Company and investment registration
Under the Investment Law 2025, in force since 1 March 2026, you can register the company (ERC) before the investment certificate (IRC). We file both with the Department of Finance, or the industrial zone authority, and answer any requests for more information.
- 5–7 days
Seal, nameplate and digital signature
Your company seal is made, the nameplate produced and the USB digital signature issued.
- 2–5 days
Bank and capital account
We support opening the company and capital accounts at the bank you choose.
Timelines are estimates in working days from receipt of complete, valid documents and depend on the authorities. Investors must contribute registered capital within 90 days of receiving the ERC.

Common questions from foreign investors
Do I need to travel to Vietnam to register?
In most cases the registration itself can be done with documents signed and legalised in your home country. Some banks ask for in-person or video verification when opening the account; we tell you in advance which applies to your bank.
Is there a minimum capital requirement?
Many trading, consulting and service activities have no fixed legal minimum, but the capital must be realistic for the project and is reviewed by the authority. Conditional sectors have their own requirements. We confirm this for your activities in the feasibility check.
Do I need an office before applying?
Yes. A lease agreement for the project location is part of the application, so it helps to shortlist premises early. We can advise on what the lease needs to show.
What happens after the company is set up?
You contribute the registered capital within 90 days of the ERC. We can then support accounting and tax filing, foreign investment reporting, and work permits and temporary residence cards for your foreign staff.
Can you also handle changes later?
Yes. We handle amendments to the IRC and ERC, retail trading licences, trademark registration and share acquisitions (M&A).
Tell us about your project.
Share your planned activities, location and capital. A consultant will reply with the steps, documents and a written quote for your case. We reply during Vietnam business hours (GMT+7).
