Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact us or use our website, why we collect it, and the rights you have. It is written to comply with Vietnam’s Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15, in force since 1 January 2026.

02Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, assess your project and send you a quote.
- To provide the services you engage us for, including preparing and filing applications with Vietnamese authorities on your behalf.
- To meet our accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
- To measure which advertisements and pages bring enquiries, so we can improve our website.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the ones above without asking you first.
03Legal basis
We process enquiry data based on your consent, which you give when you choose to contact us and send us your details for the purpose of receiving a reply. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. We process engagement documents to perform our contract with you and to comply with Vietnamese law.
04Who we share it with
- Service providers that host our email, website and analytics, under confidentiality obligations.
- Vietnamese authorities such as the Department of Finance or industrial zone management boards, only when filing applications you have instructed us to make.
- Notaries, translators and consular offices needed to legalise your documents, only with your instruction.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
05Transfers outside Vietnam
Some of our service providers, including email and analytics platforms, may store or process data outside Vietnam. Where this happens we carry out the assessments and filings required by Vietnamese law for cross-border transfers of personal data.
06How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client files: for as long as required by Vietnamese accounting, tax and corporate law.
07Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors use the site and which ads work. These tools use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
08Your rights
Under Vietnamese law you have the right to:
- be informed about how your data is processed;
- give, refuse or withdraw consent;
- see your data and ask us to correct it;
- ask us to provide or delete your data, restrict processing, or object to it;
- complain, report a violation, or claim compensation as provided by law.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@phusinhgroup.com. We will confirm your identity and respond within the time limits set by law.
09Security
We limit access to personal data to staff who need it for their work, use access-controlled systems, and require providers to protect the data they handle for us.
10Minors
Our services are for businesses and adult investors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
