Thực hiện các thủ tục mời và bảo lãnh người nước ngoài nhập cảnh, xuất cảnh và cư trú tại Việt Nam theo quy định của pháp luật.

Chịu trách nhiệm bảo lãnh và phối hợp với các cơ quan chức năng của Việt Nam để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến người nước ngoài được mời, bảo lãnh.

Phối hợp với cơ quan chức năng quản lý hoạt động của người nước ngoài đúng với mục đích nhập cảnh trong thời gian tạm trú tại Việt Nam.

Phối hợp với cơ sở lưu trú để thực hiện việc khai báo tạm trú cho người nước ngoài theo quy định.

Hoàn thiện hồ sơ và các thủ tục cần thiết với cơ quan quản lý nhà nước đối với những ngành, nghề, lĩnh vực yêu cầu phải xin phép trước khi mời hoặc bảo lãnh người nước ngoài nhập cảnh để hoạt động.

Thông báo bằng văn bản cho cơ quan quản lý xuất nhập cảnh trong trường hợp người nước ngoài vẫn còn giấy tờ nhập cảnh, xuất cảnh, cư trú còn thời hạn nhưng không còn nhu cầu được bảo lãnh trong thời gian tạm trú tại Việt Nam, đồng thời phối hợp với cơ quan chức năng để yêu cầu người nước ngoài xuất cảnh theo quy định.

Bước 1 – Chuẩn bị hồ sơ đầy đủ
- Doanh nghiệp/ tổ chức hoàn thiện tờ khai mẫu NA2;
- Bản photo hộ chiếu gốc của người nước ngoài được bảo lãnh;
- Nơi nhận dán visa;
- Giấy phép đăng ký kinh doanh hợp pháp của doanh nghiệp bảo lãnh;
- Giấy giới thiệu của công ty hoặc tổ chức
Bước 2 – Nộp hồ sơ bảo lãnh
Nộp đầy đủ hồ sơ bảo lãnh người nước ngoài vào Việt Nam làm việc tại Cục quản lý xuất nhập cảnh[1]
Bước 3 – Nhận kết quả
- Sau vòng 05 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày cơ quan có thẩm quyền nhận được hồ sơ hợp lệ và đầy đủ
- Sau đó Cục quản lý xuất nhập cảnh sẽ trả kết quả về cho công ty, tổ chức.
Bước 4 – Nhận visa và đóng lệ phí
Tại nơi nhận visa người xin cấp visa cần hoàn thiện Mẫu NA 1 có dán ảnh 3cm x 4cm để nộp + Hộ chiếu gốc + Bản copy của công văn nhập cảnh đã được duyệt tại Cục quản lý xuất nhập cảnh + Lệ phí xin cấp thị thực .
